This booking is for a diagnostic visit in Zone 1, covering Beaumont ZIP codes: 77701, 77702, 77703, 77705* , 77706, 77707, 77708, 77713*. *77705 and *77713 applies inside Beaumont city limits only. What this appointment covers: This visit is for diagnosing the cause of a vehicle problem, not for general inspection or routine maintenance. Diagnostics may include symptom review, scan tool testing, fault code analysis, live data review, visual inspection, system checks, and additional testing. A warning light or fault code does not automatically mean a specific part has failed, so diagnosis is required before repairs are recommended. If we can't find the cause, we refund your diagnostic fee. Pricing and travel fee: Zone 1 travel fee: $20 Diagnostic service: $150 Total for this visit in Zone 1: $170 Payment & booking requirements: Online payment is required to reserve a diagnostic appointment. Appointments are not held without payment, and we do not accept “pay cash on arrival” requests for diagnostics. What to expect when we arrive: Symptom review and vehicle history Hands-on inspection of related systems Scan tool testing and fault code analysis Live data review and sensor monitoring System checks and component testing Clear explanation of findings and recommended next steps This appointment is for diagnosis only. Most repairs will be a separate job we quote after we identify the problem. If we find something simple we can fix during the diagnostic (like a loose plug, minor adjustment, or easy fix), we do not charge extra labor in those cases. Before we arrive: Park the vehicle in a safe, accessible spot Have keys and any wheel-lock key available Keep pets secured and remove valuables from the work area Let us know about any access issues Weather, rescheduling, and cancellation: Rescheduling may be required if weather or site conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, flooding, extreme temperatures, etc.). If covered working space is available (garage or carport), we may still be able to proceed depending on conditions and type of service. Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund; earlier cancellations may receive a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.
