An ad or estimate must be provided, verbal "say-sos" aren't adequate. If the estimate is handwritten it must be signed by an employee at said business and will be verified.
The deal must be within a 10-mile distance from your requested service location.
Your vehicle must be able to drive. If you have to tow your vehicle to get the deal, then we will not do 10% off.
The 10% applies only to our labor, not to the parts needed.
Discounts cannot be stacked. You may only use one discount at a time.
Competitive Price Guaranteed Policy does not apply to same-day service recipients.

Appointment Scheduling: We can schedule next-day appointments at no additional fee, depending on availability with our mechanic and using parts discounted through local vendors. However, we cannot guarantee the lowest price, as online options may be cheaper.
Diagnosis Appointments: Diagnosis fees are paid upfront at the time of scheduling to cover the mechanic's time and travel costs. Scheduling is based on availability. Scheduled 1-2 days in advance.
Online Part Replacement Appointments: Scheduled 5-7 days in advance due to discounts from our online vendors can save customers a significant amount. Due to ordering online appointments will be scheduled within 24 hours of anticipated parts arrival.
Same-Day Appointments: For urgent matters, you may request a same-day appointment for a $25 fee, payable upfront before arrival.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Invoices (credit/debit) or in cash. Xero Invoices utilizes Stripe that accepts debit and credit cards.
Payments Due: Payment is due after work completion and before test-driving the vehicle. If payment is not made, new parts will be removed, and old parts will be reinstalled.
Ordering Parts: Parts will be paid for by the customer before purchasing from the vendor.
Discounts: Discounts cannot be stacked.
Notice Period: To maintain our schedule, please reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Emergency Situations: Emergency situations (e.g., hospital visits, labor) will not incur cancellation fees.
Extreme Weather: In cases of extreme weather, the mechanic has the right to determine safety and may cancel any appointment deemed unsafe.
No charge for services within a 30-minute round trip.
$15 charge for 30-45 minutes.
$30 charge for 45-60 minutes.
$45 charge for 60-75 minutes.
We prefer not to travel further than 75 minutes but can negotiate travel costs if necessary.
An invoice detailing travel costs will be provided before transport begins.
Warranty Information: Each part comes with its own supplier-specific warranty, which will be listed on the quotes sent to customers before parts are purchased. Our mechanic will be happy to go over any questions regarding warranties.
Customer-Supplied Parts: Customers cannot provide their own parts.
Labor Guarantee: Our labor comes with a 30-day guarantee. If issues arise due to our labor, we will fix it free of charge. This does not cover parts unrelated to our work, but we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
Discretion: All jobs are accepted at the discretion of our mechanic. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed necessary.
